KC Overseas Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. If you want to return/Cancel or exchange your Service order placed, we offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note: All refunds are subject to management’s decision, will be decided on case to case basis.

At KC Overseas, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. We understand that the journey to studying abroad can be complex and sometimes unpredictable. Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair resolution in the event of visa application failures or rejections.

Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds are only processed in cases where a student’s visa application is officially rejected or fails.
• Refund requests must be accompanied by official documentation from the respective embassy or visa processing center, confirming the rejection or failure of the visa application.

Refund Process:

• To initiate a refund, clients must submit a written request along with the required documentation within 30 days of receiving their visa application result.
• Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure that it meets our policy criteria.
• The decision to approve a refund is at the sole discretion of KC Overseas, based on the assessment of individual circumstances.

Refund Amount:

• The refund amount will be calculated based on the services rendered until the date of the visa outcome.
• Administrative fees and costs incurred during the application process are non-refundable.
• The final refund amount may be a partial refund of the total fee paid, considering the services already provided.

Processing Time:

• Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days of approval.
• Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• Refunds are not applicable in cases of visa denials due to submission of fraudulent documents, incomplete applications, or failure to comply with the requirements set by the respective embassies or consulates.
• Services such as consultation, application assistance, and document preparation are non-refundable once provided.
